Service Fees

By creating a paid Account, you authorize us to charge the applicable Service Fee to the payment method you provide, and on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan's Billing Cycle. Promotions and Special Offers

A user who is already benefiting from one promotion/discount cannot simultaneously claim another promotion/discount during the period of the current offer. 14. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement)
You agree that any Dispute between you and the Company will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
Waiver of Class Actions: All disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions and consolidated proceedings are prohibited.
Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "LEGAL NOTICE: ARBITRATION OPT OUT" within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms.
15. International Use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Accessing the Services from territories where its contents are illegal is prohibited.
